Our Policies

Financial Policy

Payment is expected and required at the time of service. Co-payments are to be paid prior to your office visit. For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Credit Card – Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
  • Debit Card

In the event of financial hardship, every effort is made to provide a reasonable payment plan. It is important that you notify the office staff of changes in insurance, address, and phone numbers.

Many insurance policies require that you obtain a referral prior to seeing another specialty.

We will need the following information to effectively process your referral:

  • Your name and phone number
  • Name of  your primary care physician
  • Date Referral was requested

Emergencies when the office is closed

Our Chiropractic staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When an emergency arises and the office is closed, simply call the office number, and you will be prompted to leave a voice message for the on-call Chiropractor. Be sure to leave your name, phone number, and the nature of your emergency. The on-call professional will be contacted by our phone system, he/she will listen to your message and return your call promptly.

We know that urgent and emergent medical concerns occur frequently. We have, therefore, made allowances in our schedule for these unexpected occurrences. That being said, we will make every effort to accommodate your urgent or emergent medical concern as quickly as possible.

We participate in most major insurance plans available in Eastern Pennsylvania.  If you have a question about whether your coverage is accepted, just give us a call and we will find out for you.
